This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and other paid digital services purchased directly from SkewFlow LLC ("SkewFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements the SkewFlow Terms of Service. If a separate offer, order form, enterprise agreement, or applicable law provides different refund rights, that controlling term or law will apply.
1. Subscription Payments
Except as provided in Section 3, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout, subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund or prorated credit for the remaining portion of the current paid billing period. You retain access to the paid Service through the end of that billing period, subject to the Terms of Service.
2. Circumstances That Generally Do Not Qualify for a Refund
- Partial billing periods or unused subscription time.
- Monthly or annual renewal charges after they have been processed.
- Failure to cancel before a subscription renews.
- Accidental purchases or forgotten subscriptions.
- Dissatisfaction with the Service or failure to use the Service (except under the Annual Subscription Guarantee in Section 3).
- Changes to features, content, pricing, or functionality that do not create a refund right under applicable law or an express SkewFlow commitment.
3. Refunds
Except as required by applicable law or expressly provided below, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Annual Subscription Guarantee. A customer who purchases an annual subscription may request a refund within 14 calendar days after the initial annual subscription purchase. An approved request under this guarantee results in a refund of the applicable annual subscription charge and termination of the paid subscription entitlement.
This guarantee does not apply to monthly subscriptions or automatic annual renewals unless required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights.
4. Market-Data and Exchange Fees
Certain plans or subscriber classifications may include exchange, OPRA, professional-subscriber, or other market-data fees. Fees that SkewFlow has already incurred, committed, or remitted on your behalf may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and disclosed at or before purchase.
5. Material Discontinuation by SkewFlow
If SkewFlow materially discontinues a paid Service or entitlement during a prepaid term, SkewFlow may provide an appropriate credit, extension, or refund, as determined by SkewFlow or as required by applicable law. This does not create a general right to a refund for ordinary product changes, maintenance, data-provider changes, outages, or feature updates addressed by the Terms of Service.
6. Trials and Promotions
If a trial, promotion, money-back period, or other special offer includes different refund or cancellation terms, the terms presented for that offer control. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the timing and amount of the first charge will be disclosed with the offer or at checkout.
7. How to Cancel
You may initiate cancellation through the billing or account controls made available in the Service. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not reverse a charge that has already been processed unless a refund is required by law or expressly approved by SkewFlow.
